We are honored that you chose to purchase one of our specially crafted jewelry items. Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the unlikely event that the item failed to meet your expectations you may return it for exchange or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be accompanied by a clearly marked return authorization number on the outside of the package and must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused, untampered condition, in their original box and shipping materials.


To return an item, please email to to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include the return form provided, clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Worn or Tampered Items
