The typical flow of a Raven Gold ring’s manufacturing process includes the blending of precious metals with alloys to achieve the desired karat and color, followed by the formation of an extruded tube and its series of proprietary steps. The tube is then cut and shaped into ergonomically contoured blanks, which are then CNC and/or lathe cut to the desired detail. Texture finish application is applied where needed, and the ring is laser engraved with the logo, metal info, and any desired personalized engraving.
Finally, the ring undergoes a final polish and wash, followed by a final inspection before shipping. Every step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored to ensure that your Raven Gold ring is of the highest quality and will last a lifetime.
